Looks like Spring has finally Sprung! Don't get me wrong...I LOVE winter, the beautiful white snowfalls, the warm fires in the fireplace with a mug of hot cocoa and whipped creme! But I do NOT like the weather when it is freezing one day and hot the next...it's a wonder we aren't all SICK!!
New spring fabric has begun arriving at the shop. We have a great new kids line, KIMBA..soft greens, yellows and tans with a menagerie of wild animals and a camo fabric!!! Also 15 new bolts of 30's just arrived so if you are in the need for some new patterns...they are here! Also Jo Morton's Variety Blues is here and we have the entire line! Talk about beautiful dark blues!! You HAVE to stop in and take a look! We are also starting to carry Stof Fabrics....these gorgeous fabrics come all the way from Denmark! Some new blenders have arrived and their Christmas line will be coming in May! You don't want to miss these fabrics!
Thanks to everyone for making Quilter's Day Out a great success! March 9th proved to be a beautiful day outside as well as inside the convention center! I enjoy seeing and chatting with all the wonderful quilters in our area. Congratulations to Evelyn Adamson for winning our door prize!!!!
