About UsThe Gathering Room Quilt Shoppe is owned and operated by Michelle Klein. The shop was established in May of 2006 at 109 E. Washington St., LaGrange, KY 40031.
The shop is housed in a Circa 1890 home with a red tin roof situated in the historic district of LaGrange, KY. We are handicap accessible. We offer 100% cotton fabrics, notions, patterns and books. Our schedule offers a wide variety of classes for beginners through more advanced quilters. The shop also offers machine quilting services. We offer only 100% cotton fabrics from the finest companies. We carry Moda, Windham, Henry Glass, Red Rooster, Marcus Brothers, Blank Quilting, Maywood just to name a few. We also carry Quilter's Dream Cotton Batting. This is a wonderful batt that is 100% cotton and can be used for either machine quilting or hand quilting projects. Mettler thread is available at the shop as well as DMC pearl cotton. We offer Creative Grid rulers and other necessary tools of the quilting trade. |
